Pizza. One of the foods that so many of us crave, particularly on a Saturday night after a long week, yet it’s hard to imagine a food that does more damage to your waist line.
Thick goey cheese, dense heavy pizza crust and all the heavily processed meats you can imagine.
Definitely not a meal of champions!

That’s correct, the same vegetable we showed you could replace mashed potatoes in a number of our comfort food recipes also serves as an excellent base for a pizza.
Best of all, when you top a cauliflower pizza with tons of additional vegetables and either grilled chicken or lean steak, you really are creating a total nutritional powerhouse of a meal.
And for a real lower-calorie option, opt for low-fat mozarrella cheese. It tastes very similar to it’s higher fat brethren, but with far fewer calories.
Your taste buds won’t even recognize the difference.
