Many people enjoy eggs for breakfast, but not too many people enjoy waking up an extra 20-30 minutes early to prepare them before the head out the door. If that sounds like you, why not make them in advance?
Today, we’d like to showcase one of our favourite timesaver recipes: the easy egg muffin. The muffins keep for several days in the fridge (simply microwave 15-30 seconds to reheat) and can be frozen as well.
