Hitting Our Protein Targets

All this past week, we’ve been working towards hitting our protein goals. In case you’ve forgotten, those goals were:

  • Females: 25-40 g per meal
  • Males: 35- 50 g per meal

Of course, sometimes it’s nice having guides that help inform our choices. That’s why we’ve created this simple serving size guide for you to print out and post near where you are prepping your meals.

Females, you just need to pick 2 servings of protein at a meal, whereas guys would want to 2-3 servings.

If you are more of a visual person, you can also go with a “palm of the hand” sized serving of protein is ~ 30 g. So females it’s 1 palm and guys closer to a palm and a half.
