A few months into altering our diet habits, it’s pretty normal to feel frustrated from time to time, as we always want results to come faster.

Not only do we often want results to come faster, but it’s very normal to start comparing your results to other people and feeling as though you are responding slower than everyone else.

Truth be told, we are our own harshest critics, and two months of clean eating are now starting to pay out with some dramatic changes in body composition and the weight on the scale. Although the change is only incremental on a daily basis, having over 50 days worth of incremental change starts to really add up!

So pat yourself on the back and continue all the hard work, you’re all doing great!
