Week 2 Recap

This week, we moved onto a goal of: avoiding drinking calories.

Often, one of the biggest calories bombs in the modern diet is that fact that it’s easy to consume hundreds of calories each day in beverage form, and not get the same appetite satiating effects that come along with whole foods.
