Week 3 Recap

This week, we moved onto a goal of: having a high protein breakfast.

When it comes to setting our hunger-control for an entire day, what foods we choose to “break” our “fast” with is critically important (much more important than how soon after waking we choose to eat).

Please let us know how successful you were with revamping your breakfast over the past 7 days. As well, we want to know how well you felt you did over the past week.
