Week 6 Recap

All week we’ve been working on ways to incorporate at least 5 servings of vegetables into our daily routine.

We discussed the benefits of cooked vs. raw, as well as highlighted how leveraging one vegetable in particular can still let you enjoy a number of comfort foods, guilt-free!
