About a year ago, we came across this video ranking the top 10 vegetables according to a variety of factors (health attributes, convenience, price and overall flavour).
While we disagree with a few of these rankings (broccoli & other dark greens only at #5!?!?), it does a nice job of summarizing some of the best vegetables we can choose to add to our diets. Of course, it can be a little silly trying to rank vegetables because eating more vegetables of any kind tends to improve out health. But it’s still fun to stop and consider what each of us thinks is best.
So for today’s activity, we want you to think about how you can work more vegetables into your diet.
